Booking a Refurb Outlet repair is easy-peasy. Just follow the five simple steps below and we’ll have it fixed and back with you before you know it.

Step One: Choose your Apple repair above and place an order online. Please supply your passcode so that we can access the phone for repair.

Step Two: We’ll send you full instructions on how to post your device to us and be in touch with you every step of the way. Print off your order confirmation and add it to your parcel.

Step Three: Back up your device and remove any SIM cards, SD cards, cases or covers before sending it to us, (we also recommend restoring to factory settings if you can’t share the passcode with us).

Step Four: Package your device securely and post it to the following address: Refurb Outlet Repair Centre, Unit 21, Office 6, Anchor Business Centre, Frankland Road, Blagrove, Swindon, SN5 8YZ..
(We recommend using a tracked service if possible).

Step Five: Once your device has been fixed, we’ll send it straight back to you within 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends). We’ll also send you an email when it’s on the way!
